Job Overview
The primary purpose of this role is to develop and maintain an integrated and efficient project and portfolio performance reporting system. The selected candidate will support leadership teams by providing accurate, timely, and data-driven insights to enable better decision-making.
This role requires close collaboration with multiple departments including Projects, Planning, Cost & Budget, and IT teams to ensure consistency, data quality, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
The Projects Performance & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for:
- Designing and maintaining project and portfolio performance dashboards and reports
- Aligning reporting systems with enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA (PS/EPPM)
- Translating business reporting requirements into functional data models
- Developing business intelligence dashboards and analytical reports
- Monitoring project cost, schedule, progress, and risk performance
- Consolidating inputs from various teams to produce executive-level reports
- Identifying trends, risks, and performance gaps across projects
- Supporting automation and digital transformation initiatives in reporting systems
- Improving reporting processes through data analysis and system optimization
- Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms
Required Experience and Skills
To be eligible for this overseas job opportunity, candidates should have:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in performance reporting, business intelligence, or business analysis
- Experience in large-scale project or portfolio environments, preferably in oil and gas
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (PS/EPPM) and enterprise reporting systems
