Role Overview
-
Work within the Digital Experience Optimization function
-
Plan execute and analyze A B testing multivariate testing and personalization campaigns
-
Optimize digital channels including qatarairways.com and the mobile app
-
Use Adobe Target and custom front end code to deliver personalized experiences
-
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for product and leadership teams
Key Responsibilities
Experimentation and Personalization
-
Design develop and implement A B tests multivariate tests and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target
-
Create structured test plans hypotheses success metrics and audience definitions
-
Ensure testing activities do not conflict with other digital initiatives
-
Build and QA audience segments triggers and decisioning rules
Technical Development
-
Write and maintain custom HTML CSS and JavaScript jQuery code
-
Deliver and manipulate personalized experiences and test variations
-
Coordinate with IT teams for deployment monitoring and QA during live tests
Data Analysis and Reporting
-
Analyze performance data using Adobe Analytics and similar tools
-
Interpret behavioral insights and audience signals
-
Translate complex data into clear reports and recommendations
-
Document outcomes learnings and add insights to the experimentation knowledge library
Cross Functional Collaboration
-
Partner with product managers UX designers analysts and data teams
-
Align experimentation and personalization with digital product roadmaps
-
Benchmark UX and content practices against industry standards
-
Support scaling of testing practices through documentation training and playbooks
Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience
-
Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification
-
Minimum four years of relevant job related experience
-
Hands on experience with Adobe Target A B testing multivariate testing and personalization platforms
-
Experience with Adobe Analytics Google Analytics or similar tools
-
Experience in UX research and design
Technical and Professional Skills
-
Strong knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript jQuery
-
Understanding of statistical analysis principles
-
Ability to convert raw complex data into actionable insights
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
