The Sales Executive – B2B (Dubai) will play a key role in expanding Cozmo’s sub-agent network, driving revenue growth, and strengthening long-term business partnerships within the Dubai travel market.

Job Purpose

The Sales Executive – B2B is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strong, long-term relationships with sub-agents. The role focuses on promoting and selling travel products and services through the Cozmo B2B platform (TravTrolley) while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving revenue targets.

This position requires strong market knowledge, networking ability, and a results-driven approach within the competitive Dubai travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Account Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with sub-agents to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Drive sales of travel services through the Cozmo B2B platform (TravTrolley) and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to penetrate untapped market segments.
• Stay updated on travel products, fare structures, airline policies, and industry trends to provide competitive solutions to clients.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and resolving operational or booking issues efficiently.
• Prepare regular sales reports, analyze key performance indicators, and forecast future sales trends.
• Uphold and promote company brand values and service excellence standards.
• Conduct ongoing market research and monitor competitor activities within the Dubai B2B travel market.

2. Business Development

• Expand and strengthen the network of both existing and new sub-agents across Dubai.
• Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
• Conduct regular client visits and meetings to promote products and maintain relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales acquisition targets.
• Develop customized proposals and pricing strategies to attract and retain sub-agents.

3. Revenue Management & Reporting

• Ensure revenue targets for assigned accounts are achieved or exceeded consistently.
• Monitor booking trends and sales patterns from sub-agents to identify growth opportunities.
• Recommend promotional campaigns or pricing strategies to boost performance.
• Maintain accurate and updated client records using the CRM system.
• Generate detailed reports on account performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

4. Operational Excellence

• Implement best practices in sales operations and reporting processes.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Streamline internal coordination between Sales, Operations, and Product teams.
• Enhance service delivery standards to support sustainable business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.

Technical Knowledge & Systems

• Strong understanding of travel technology platforms and booking systems.
• Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.
• Familiarity with airline booking portals and fare rules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Experience using CRM systems for account tracking and reporting.

Personal Qualities & Competencies

• Strong understanding of the B2B travel market in Dubai.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Basic understanding of regional languages such as Hindi or Urdu is advantageous.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the UAE.
• Passion for the travel industry and customer engagement.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Eligibility Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Currently residing in Dubai Emirate.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field).

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B travel sales within the Dubai market.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding B2B sales targets.
• Experience handling sub-agents and managing trade relationships.
• Demonstrated success in revenue growth and client acquisition within the travel industry.

Work Environment

This role requires regular client visits across Dubai and coordination with internal teams based in Sharjah. The position involves active field sales, relationship management, and participation in networking events and trade meetings.
