Role Overview

Cabin Crew members play a vital role in ensuring that every passenger experiences a safe, comfortable, and memorable journey. You will be responsible for upholding the airline’s brand values while delivering high-quality inflight service aligned with international aviation standards.

You will represent Gulf Air’s image and service philosophy by building customer confidence and loyalty through professionalism, attentiveness, and safety compliance.

Main Objectives & Duties

Passenger Safety & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with aviation safety procedures and emergency protocols.
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and verify cabin readiness before departure.
• Demonstrate safety equipment usage and emergency procedures to passengers.
• Respond promptly and effectively to onboard medical or safety emergencies.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, aviation regulations, and international safety standards.

Customer Service Excellence

• Deliver outstanding onboard service in line with Gulf Air’s hospitality standards.
• Welcome passengers warmly and assist them throughout the flight.
• Provide food and beverage services professionally and efficiently.
• Address passenger concerns calmly and confidently, maintaining composure under pressure.
• Promote a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience for all customers.

Brand Representation

• Act as a professional ambassador of Gulf Air at all times.
• Maintain impeccable grooming and uniform standards according to company guidelines.
• Foster a positive onboard atmosphere that reflects the airline’s commitment to excellence.
• Build customer trust and long-term loyalty through attentive service delivery.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with fellow crew members and cockpit crew to ensure smooth operations.
• Support colleagues in delivering a seamless inflight experience.

Education & Experience Requirements

Minimum Education

• High School Certificate or equivalent qualification.

Language Skills

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
• Additional language proficiency is considered an advantage and may enhance candidate selection.

Experience

• Previous experience in the service industry (hospitality, retail, aviation, customer service) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills and customer-focused attitudes are encouraged to apply.

Work Location
