Bell Attendant

Position Overview

• Responsible for transferring and storing guest luggage

• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally

• Support outstanding guest service and financial profitability

• Contribute to a positive and welcoming hotel environment

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services

• Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations

• Retrieve transport and store guest luggage safely and efficiently

• Inspect guest rooms and explain room features and facilities

• Respond to guest inquiries and service requests in a timely friendly and professional manner

• Ensure organized luggage storage according to hotel guidelines

Operational Support

• Assist in maintaining the appearance and functionality of equipment

• Support front office and guest service operations as required

• Uphold hotel service standards at all times

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Ability to work flexible hours including shifts weekends and holidays

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

• Capability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong commitment to delivering high levels of guest service

• Excellent grooming and professional presentation standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bell Attendant or Bell Person

• Previous experience working within a hotel environment
