Position Summary

The Guest Experience Expert – Connect Agent is responsible for delivering a seamless and memorable guest journey from arrival to departure. The role goes beyond traditional front desk duties by creating personalized, unique experiences for guests throughout their stay.

Guest Experience Experts are empowered to handle operational tasks, respond to guest requests, complete reports, and share local recommendations while ensuring that every interaction feels meaningful and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services

  • Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out experiences

  • Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly

  • Share highlights of the local area and personalized recommendations

  • Process operational needs and complete necessary reports

  • Ensure guest transactions are handled professionally and efficiently

Operational Standards

  • Maintain a safe work environment

  • Follow company policies and procedures

  • Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality

  • Uphold quality and service standards at all times

  • Maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communication

Physical Requirements

  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

  • Perform hands-on tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 10 pounds without assistance

  • Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
